Job Summary
The Production Manager oversees the daily flow of collision repairs from disassembly through completion, ensuring vehicles move efficiently through each stage of production. This role coordinates work assignments, monitors repair status, supports technicians, and partners with estimators and parts teams to identify and resolve production delays. The Production Manager is responsible for maintaining quality, cycle-time, and productivity standards while ensuring repairs are completed safely and in accordance with OEM and industry guidelines.

Responsibilities / Essential Functions
Provide daily direction and production support to body, paint, mechanical, and detail teams.
Dispatch work assignments based on technician skill, capacity, repair stage, and delivery priorities.
Monitor repair status in CCC ONE/C1 and maintain accurate production updates.
Coordinate with estimators, blueprint staff, parts, and technicians to resolve repair delays.
Track cycle time, touch time, quality, and on-time delivery performance.
Confirm repairs progress according to approved repair plans and OEM procedures.
Lead or participate in daily production meetings and communicate priorities clearly.
Escalate parts, supplement, quality, or staffing issues that may affect delivery commitments.
Maintain a safe, organized, and productive shop environment.

Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of experience in the collision repair industry required.
Previous experience in collision production, estimating, blueprinting, body repair, or a comparable shop operations role required.
Working knowledge of collision estimating, repair processes, OEM procedures, and production flow.
Prior experience with CCC ONE/C1 or comparable collision management software required.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize competing repairs and deadlines.
Effective written and verbal communication skills with technicians, estimators, parts staff, and leadership.
Valid driver's license and eligibility for coverage under company insurance policy required.
