You’ll play a key role in monitoring 340B compliance, auditing data, reconciling inventory, and supporting pharmacy operations across Premier’s in-house clinics and contract pharmacy network. What You’ll Do

▶ Audit 340B claims using clinical and encounter data from Intergy and WellPartner
▶ Monitor 340B prescriptions across Walgreens, Accredo, and other contract pharmacy channels
▶ Reconcile inventory and drug replenishment activity across pharmacy accounts
▶ Identify potential diversion and duplicate discount concerns
▶ Maintain data filters, provider files, and location information within Intergy and WellPartner
▶ Prepare compliance reports, metrics, and audit documentation
▶ Partner with IT, clinical teams, and pharmacy contacts to resolve data and workflow issues

Qualifications

▶ Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, IT, Finance, Business, or related field preferred
▶ 1–2 years of experience with 340B data, pharmacy purchasing, or healthcare compliance operations
▶ Experience with Intergy or a similar EHR preferred
▶ Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, and data cleaning
▶ CPhT or equivalent clinical/administrative credential highly advantageous
