SureGlow Stove and Chimney is growing, and we're looking for a motivated, hands-on Sales Representative to join our Overland Park team. If you thrive in the field, build real relationships with customers, and take pride in helping Kansas City–area homeowners keep their families safe and warm, this is the role for you! What You'll Be Doing

- Conduct in-home inspections of chimneys, fireplaces, stoves, inserts, and venting systems — no two days are the same!

- Educate homeowners on safety standards, maintenance needs, and the best solutions for their home.

- Prepare and present detailed estimates for repairs, cleanings, stove and insert installations, and rebuilds.

- Close sales using a consultative, no-pressure approach — you're solving problems, not just selling.

- Build lasting customer relationships across the Kansas City metro that generate referrals and repeat business.

Physical Requirements:

- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.

- Comfortable climbing ladders and accessing rooftops safely.

- Enjoy working both indoors and outdoors in a hands-on environment.

- Have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation to get to our Overland Park office each day.

Pay & Benefits:

- $60,000 annual salary during your 90-day training period

- After training: weekly draw plus 10–12% commission on your sales

- Quarterly bonuses up to $6,000 for hitting sales goals

- Company vehicle for daily appointments once training is complete
