Project Manager in Orlando, Florida at Gas Turbine Efficiency LLC

The Project Manager owns the successful execution of assigned customer projects from contract award through closeout, managing scope, schedule, budget, documentation, resources, and customer communications. As the primary point of coordination between customers and internal departments (Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Procurement, Planning, Shipping & Receiving, and Leadership), this role drives project performance, mitigates risk, and ensures deliverables meet customer requirements.

• 3+ years of project management experience in manufacturing, industrial, energy, or related environments
• Experience managing customer-driven projects with technical and contractual requirements
• Strong skills in project planning, budgeting, scheduling, risk management, and customer communication
• Ability to interpret contracts, specifications, drawings, and technical documentation
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and solve complex problems
• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred; PMP certification a plus
• Experience with ERP systems, project scheduling tools, and Microsoft Office
