The Digital Innovation Analyst will help shape and coordinate innovative digital solutions that create measurable business value.
You will contribute to initiatives spanning Open Finance, instant payments, digital currencies, digital channels, and APIs.
The role combines market research, technology scouting, product development, and project coordination in a collaborative environment.
You will identify emerging trends, evaluate new opportunities, and translate insights into practical digital initiatives.
The position also involves fostering experimentation, prototyping, and co-creation with startups, technology partners, and innovation ecosystems.
You will work with multidisciplinary teams using agile approaches and user-centered practices to turn ideas into viable solutions.

• Ideate, structure, and coordinate projects involving digital infrastructure, products, and services.

• Contribute to initiatives involving Open Finance, instant payments, digital currencies, digital channels, APIs, and related technologies.

• Monitor technological and market trends that may impact business strategies and opportunities.

• Research emerging technologies, markets, competitors, and customer needs, sharing relevant insights with internal stakeholders.

• Create and support environments and methodologies for experimentation, prototyping, and co-creation.

• Connect with startups, technology partners, and innovation ecosystems to identify opportunities for collaboration.

• Apply agile and innovation methodologies to structure initiatives and support their progression from discovery through implementation.

• Conduct or support user research, interviews, market analysis, and validation activities.

• Monitor project and product performance indicators and prepare reports to support decision-making.

• Assess the technical, economic, and commercial feasibility of potential products, services, and innovation initiatives.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop digital solutions based on best practices, user needs, and business objectives.

• Contribute to a culture of continuous innovation, experimentation, collaboration, and digital transformation.

• Experience managing projects and developing digital products or services.

• Knowledge of agile methodologies, including Agile, Design Thinking, and Lean Startup.

• Experience conducting user research, interviews, and market analysis.

• Ability to monitor performance indicators and prepare clear, actionable reports.

• Knowledge of technology, market, and competitor trend mapping.

• Ability to evaluate the technical, economic, and commercial feasibility of new products and services.

• Understanding of open innovation, digital transformation, and innovation ecosystems.

• Familiarity with digital products and solutions such as Open Finance, instant payments, digital currencies, digital channels, and APIs.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to connect market and technology insights to business opportunities.

• Collaborative communication style and ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams and external partners.

• Adaptability and comfort working in agile environments where ideas are tested, refined, and iterated.

• Knowledge of digital product development is an advantage.

• Familiarity with Scrum, Kanban, Design Thinking, and Lean Startup is a plus.

• Knowledge of the financial services and banking innovation landscape, particularly Open Finance and Pix, is desirable.

• Understanding of APIs and system integrations is beneficial.

• Experience with data analysis is a plus.

• Knowledge of user experience and user research practices is advantageous.
