Physical Therapy Assistant - Home Health in Cookeville, Tennessee at Cookeville Regional Medical Center

The Home Health Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) works under the direction and supervision of a home health physical therapist. The PTA provides one on one therapy with patients in their home and implements treatment plan developed by the Physical Therapist to improve patient mobility and function.

Education: Associates degree from accredited PT assistant program.

Certification & Licensures: Physical Therapy Assistant license required. BLS required within 3 months of hire.

Additional Experience Requirements: New graduate is acceptable. Candidate must have current licensure or be eligible to apply for licensure in the state of Tennessee. Must be able to read and write English.
