Registered Nurse (RN) Resident - Residency Program in Mountain Home, Arkansas at Baxter Health

The BRMC Residency provides a comprehensive onboarding experience to transition newly graduated registered nurses, from students, to safe, competent professional practitioners. The BRMC RN Residency includes evidence-based curriculum, guided clinical experience with a preceptor and a supportive component composed of formal mentoring and debriefing/sef-care sessions.

This program was designed for RN graduates and RN's, with six (6) months or less experience.RN's with less than one year of acute care experience are eligible. Specific criteria must be met.
