About the Role

Displays2Go is hiring multiple Customer Service Representatives to join our team. If you’re looking for a stable, full-time role with hybrid flexibility, no weekends, and a fast-paced environment, this is a great opportunity to get started quickly.

We’re actively interviewing now for our upcoming May 11th start date—positions are limited and expected to fill fast.

Pay & Schedule
  • Starting at $18.00+/hour (based on experience)

  • Full-time, Monday–Friday

  • No weekends

  • Multiple shifts available (day, mid, evening)

  • Hybrid schedule: onsite training, then a mix of in-office (Tues/Thurs) and remote work

What You’ll Do
  • Handle inbound customer interactions via phone, chat, and email

  • Assist with orders, product questions, and issue resolution

  • Process transactions and update customer information

  • Deliver fast, accurate, and professional support

  • Meet performance goals for quality and productivity

What We’re Looking For
  • 1+ year of customer service or call center experience preferred

  • Strong communication skills across phone, email, and chat

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

  • Comfortable with computers, systems, and data entry

  • Reliable, detail-oriented, and customer-focused

  • Ability to maintain a quiet, distraction-free workspace when working remotely
