Remote Mathematics Content Specialist

In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting instructional improvement with our educational partners. By collaborating closely with internal leaders, you will drive professional development efforts and monitor educational conditions. Accountabilities- Partner with internal leaders to observe and analyze instructional practices.
- Facilitate data-informed discussions with leaders to identify strengths and gaps.
- Review and assess the quality of assessments and curricula.
- Adapt strategies to meet evolving system needs.
- Communicate clearly with partners to enable informed decisions.
- Build trust-based relationships with school leaders.
- Contribute to the design of curriculum implementation tools.
- 5+ years of professional experience in educational environments.
- Experience as a math teacher and at least 2 years in an administrative or coaching role.
- Proficient in designing and delivering curriculum-specific professional learning.
- Ability to diagnose instructional quality using specialized tools.
- Strong coaching skills focused on content-specific instructional leadership.
- Effective cross-functional communication skills and project alignment.
