About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced Production Lead Specialist to support daily manufacturing operations. This role helps guide production, supports team members, and steps in for the supervisor when needed.

What You’ll Do

• Help coordinate daily production and workflow
• Support the team and provide training and guidance
• Set up and operate machines and equipment
• Troubleshoot problems and help resolve issues
• Track production and maintain records
• Assist with scheduling, materials, and staffing when needed
• Promote a safe, clean, and organized work environment
• Ensure quality standards are met
• Help maintain tools, equipment, and supplies
• Step in for the supervisor when they are out
• Maintain forklift certification
• Complete required safety training (crane/hoist)

What You Need

• High school diploma/GED or 4–5 years of related experience
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes
• Ability to read measurements and technical drawings
• Basic math skills (percentages, area, volume)
• Leadership skills and ability to support a team
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills
