Position Overview:
Eagle Rock Management is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced in-house Payroll Processor to join our corporate team on a part-time basis. This role is ideal for someone looking for a flexible daytime schedule, with consistent hours. Work hours are designed to support strong work-life balance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process high-volume, multi-state payroll in-house, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Utilize ADP Workforce Now for payroll processing, reporting, and employee data management
- Review and verify payroll data, including hours, deductions, bonuses, and commissions
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations
- Handle payroll adjustments, corrections, and reconciliations
- Respond to employee payroll inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain confidentiality and integrity of sensitive payroll information
Qualifications:
- Proven experience processing high-volume payroll in-house
- Hands-on experience with ADP Workforce Now (required)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Knowledge of payroll laws and regulations
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
