Position Summary:
We are seeking a Full-Time Personal Care Aide (PCA - NY State Certified) for 3rd Shift (overnights 10pm - 6am). The ideal candidate will assist residents with activities of daily living, promote comfort and safety, and support their independence in a respectful and professional manner.

Schedule:
Full Time
3rd Shift (Overnights)
Weekend and holiday availability required

Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, mobility)
- Ensure resident safety, comfort, and a clean, secure environment during overnight hours
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Document and report resident care, behaviors, and needs to supervisors
- Ensure a safe and clean environment
- Respond promptly to resident requests and needs
- Work collaboratively with staff to provide quality care

Qualifications:
- Current PCA Certification (required)
- Previous experience in assisted living, memory care, or dementia care preferred
- Compassionate, reliable, and patient
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must be able to meet physical demands of the role (standing, bending, lifting up to 50 lbs)
