Reports to: Human Resources Generalist

Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years of administrative experience or an Associate's Degree in HR or a related field.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (written and verbal).
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and professional skills while maintaining confidentiality.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and/or Google Workspace.
- Ability to pass a background and drug screening.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), HRIS, or HRMS software.
- Experience in recruitment, onboarding, or customer-facing roles.
- Basic knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Work Environment:
This job operates in a professional office environment. The role primarily involves sitting at a desk for extended periods while using a computer, phone, and other standard office equipment such as scanners, copiers, and printers. The position requires frequent communication with applicants, employees, and team members in person, by phone, or via virtual meetings. The work environment is generally quiet, but may require managing multiple tasks simultaneously and handling urgent requests during high-volume recruitment periods. Occasional travel to recruitment events (e.g., job fairs) may be required.

This position also requires regular talking and hearing. The position requires the individual to meet multiple demands from several people and interact with other staff. The employee is required to stand, walk, use hands to handle or feel, and reach with hands and arms. This job requires the ability to occasionally lift office products and supplies, up to 25 pounds.
