WHAT YOU'LL DO:

We are looking for hardworking individuals with a positive attitude and morning availability for the Retail Store Associate position at the GOAT USA store located at the Tanger Outlets in Deer Park, NY.

Job Purpose

The GOAT USA Retail Store Associate's primary responsibility is to deliver excellent customer service by assisting shoppers with their needs, maintaining product knowledge, and ensuring the store is organized and well-stocked. They play a key role in driving sales, handling transactions, and providing a positive shopping experience that encourages customer loyalty.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide an outstanding customer experience.
• Assist customers in locating merchandise when needed.
• POS and payment handling.
• Work in collaboration with other sales associates and managerial staff for a cohesive execution of the job.
• Maintain brand and inventory knowledge.
• Greet customers.
• Maintain a clean and presentable store appearance.
• Follow and uphold store policies.
• Assist in maintaining the back stock room and setting up merchandise displays on the sales floor.
• Collaborating with fellow team members to keep the sales floor area clean and organized at all times.

Requirements

• Morning availability
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong communication, leadership and team management skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Exceptional interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English
• Capable of lifting or moving heavy products up to 50 pounds.
• Able to stand and walk throughout the scheduled work shift.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions.
