- Support a major Wi-Fi rollout, including setup, testing, and optimization
- Manage Help Desk tickets and resolve day-to-day tech issues
- Troubleshot hardware like laptops, printers, and peripherals
- Assist with onboarding new employees (device setup, imaging, accounts)
- Track and manage IT equipment inventory
- Create simple “how-to” guides for common tech issues
- Ensure all work meets data security and compliance standards
- Participate in team meetings and learn how IT supports business strategy

- Currently enrolled in a college or technical program (IT, Computer Science, or related field)
- Basic knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and networking (TCP/IP, DNS, Wi-Fi)
- Experience troubleshooting computers or small networks is a plus
- Clear communicator who can explain technical concepts to non-technical users
- Detail-oriented and able to follow security protocols
- Comfortable lifting equipment (up to 30 lbs.) and handling basic hardware setup
- This position requires that the employee gain a working knowledge of Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) requirements and how they will affect their work. We will provide on-line training to support this qualification. The employee will comply with all requirements of the BSA and cooperate with the designated BSA Officer in assuring compliance
Salary: $20.00 per hour
Weekly Hours: 40
Duration: 8 weeks (June 1 - July 31, 2026) with ability to work through mid-August if available
