Job Description: We are looking for experienced servers to join our team at NAGS Bar & Kitchen. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role and possess excellent customer service skills. The successful applicant will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction by providing efficient and courteous service.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and take food and drink orders
• Serve food and drinks in a timely and efficient manner
• Provide customers with menu recommendations and answer any questions they may have
• Ensure customer satisfaction by checking in on tables and addressing any concerns they may have
• Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Collaborate with kitchen staff and management to ensure smooth service

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time
