Mammoth Graphics is a division of Summit Bodyworks, located in Fort Lupton (just one mile north of Brighton). Summit Bodyworks is a premier builder of mobile display vehicles, mobile medical, law enforcement and other specialty vehicles. We have immediate openings for a Lead Print Production Technician. We are growing and looking for top notch candidates who want to join an outstanding team. This Lead Print Production Technician position is part of the Mammoth Graphics team and will primarily be responsible for ensuring all print production operates efficiently and effectively, yields are high, and the final product is top quality with zero defects.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Work to ensure people and resources are applied in an efficient and effective manner to meeting delivery requirements while achieving quality and safety standards.
- Provide leadership and line management to the team, coordinating their workload, providing support to ensure that the team delivers.
- Ability to understand the production schedule and ensure the schedule is followed.
- Ensure that team members follow defined procedures and comply with quality requirements.
- Implement lean best practices to drive high product quality, shorten install times and reduce internal costs.
- Learn all aspects of the install process.
- Perform root cause analysis and resolve problems.

WORK ENVIRONMENT & PHYSICAL ABILITIES:
- Frequent mobility and/or sitting, standing, bending or stooping for prolonged/extended periods
- Requires lifting up to 75 pounds frequently
- Requires eye-hand coordination sufficient to operate machinery
- Requires full range of body motion including handling and lifting, manual and finger dexterity
- Requires working under stressful conditions or working irregular hours
- Requires working in a fast paced environment
- Requires a normal range of hearing and vision
- Must be able to communicate providing verbal feedback in a professional manner
REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent (required)
- Valid Driver's License and MVR in good standing.
- Two years working in a manufacturing or manufacturing environment (required)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with strong team-building skills
- Ability to understand and use our computer applications and data collection and recording (Excel,SAP, Email, etc.)
- A demonstrated ability to lead people and get results through others
- Ability to think ahead and plan over a 30-day time span and prepare action plans to achieve results
- Quality orientation and attention to detail
- An ability to manage multiple priorities

- Compensation Range: $28.00 - $33.00

- Shift:1st Monday - Friday 7:00am - 3:30pm
