Recruiting Manager:

Employment Type: Full-Time
Location: Office-Based
Compensation: $40,000/year

Happy to Help Caregiving is seeking a dedicated, Full-Time Recruiting Manager to drive our caregiver talent acquisition strategy. In this critical role, you will oversee the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, applicant screening, interviewing, onboarding coordination, and talent pipeline management. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and possesses exceptional interpersonal skills. You will serve as the primary point of contact for our applicants—managing multi-channel candidate communications (phone, text, and email), overseeing interview schedules, and facilitating new hire orientations. Responsibilities:
  • Source and follow up with caregiver candidates.
  • Screen applicants and coordinate interviews.
  • Support hiring, onboarding, background checks, I-9/E-Verify steps, and orientation readiness.
  • Maintain accurate recruiting records and candidate status updates.
  • Communicate hiring progress and staffing needs with branch leadership.
  • Keep applicants informed and supported throughout the hiring process.
  • Protect confidential candidate, caregiver, client, and company information.
  • Escalate compliance, safety, privacy, or hiring concerns as needed.
  • Participate in limited scheduled on-call or after-hours recruiting/staffing support if assigned.

This role is not required to physically cover caregiver shifts.

Qualifications:
  • Strong organization, follow-through, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple candidates and hiring steps at once.
  • Comfortable using online systems, spreadsheets, scheduling tools, and communication platforms.
  • Good judgment, professionalism, and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Experience in recruiting, Interviewing, staffing, onboarding, home care, healthcare administration, customer service, operations, or call center work is helpful.
  • Direct home care experience is helpful but not required.

Position Requirements:

  • Full-time availability for an on-site, office-based role.
  • Ability to participate in a bi-weekly on-call rotation, specifically handling after-hours phone support and scheduling.
  • Possession of a valid driver’s license.
  • Successful completion of all pre-employment background checks and standard hiring prerequisites.
  • Strict adherence to company protocols, including documentation standards, privacy regulations, and escalation procedures
