Position Overview:
We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who will be responsible for performing various Human Resources tasks in a temporary and part-time role. The ideal candidate thrives in a remote work environment, demonstrating strong self‑motivation, accountability, and the ability to manage priorities independently and professionally while maintaining clear and timely communication with team members. In this role you may need to do some occasionally task on site if near specific locations.

Essential Human Resources Intern Job Functions:
- Maintaining and filing critical Human Resources documents.
- Performing audits for completeness, accuracy, and reporting discrepancies.
- Support recruitment and employer branding by assisting with job postings and company presence on job sites.
- Perform a variety of Human Resources administrative tasks as assigned.
- Assist with the Learning Management System (LMS)program for employee training.
- Assist with participation in job fairs and recruiting events.
- Effectively manage time and prioritize multiple HR-related tasks and deadlines.
- Maintain a professional, respectful, and confidential demeanor.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and incompliance with company policy and applicable laws.
- This position does not have authority to make hiring, disciplinary, compensation, or termination decisions.
Requirements:
- Work Monday through Friday for 10 hours per week.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team-based environment
Preferred Education:
- Currently enrolled in or recently completed a college or university program.
- Coursework in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Management, or equivalent courses.
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
Other Information:
- Length of internship depends upon available of work
- This role is not eligible for Company benefits including the Employee Referral Program.
