SUMMARY: Responsible for processing incoming consignments and communicating the status with customers within our World and Ancient Coins department.

COMPENSATION: Based on experience.

LOCATION: South of Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport, NW corner of W. Airport Freeway (Hwy. 183) and Valley View Lane

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITY
  • Consignment Processing:
    • Open, label, and verify package contents.
    • Create accurate electronic reports for consignments.
  • Client Communication:
    • Address client inquiries regarding consignments.
    • Research consignment statuses and provide updates.
  • Material Handling:
    • Return client materials as required.
    • Conduct department-wide inventories of consignment materials.
  • Support Tasks:
    • Assemble client information packets.
    • Assist Consignment Directors with their responsibilities.
  • Additional Duties:
    • Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

  • High school diploma required.
  • Experience in a customer service role or a similar industry.
SKILLS & ABILITIES
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Typing speed of 50–60 words per minute.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable lifting up to 50 pounds occasionally.
