This role sits at the intersection of people operations, data analysis, and process improvement, supporting the effectiveness of People & Culture teams across a large, complex organization. You will play a key part in transforming data into actionable insights that improve employee experience, operational efficiency, and service delivery outcomes. Working remotely, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders to analyze trends, optimize systems, and support continuous improvement initiatives. The position requires strong analytical thinking, curiosity, and the ability to translate data into clear stories that drive decision-making. You will also contribute to enhancing tools, workflows, and reporting capabilities that enable better organizational performance. - Support and monitor People & Culture projects, processes, and systems to improve operational performance and service delivery outcomes.
- Analyze data, identify trends, and translate insights into clear reporting and storytelling to support decision-making across teams.
- Develop, maintain, and enhance dashboards, reports, and performance metrics to track key operational indicators.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across People & Culture and Operations & Transformation teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process and system optimization.
- Support the design, maintenance, and streamlining of tools and workflows to enhance user experience and operational effectiveness.
- Prepare and review presentations, datasets, and documentation to ensure accuracy and clarity for business use.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Approximately 2 years of experience in HR, IT, business operations, or related analytical roles.
- Strong understanding of People & Culture functions and operational processes within large organizations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, with strong skills in Excel and experience with Power BI preferred.
- Familiarity with Workday Case Management, contact center systems, QA tools, or similar platforms is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively across different teams and seniority levels.
- Experience or exposure to basic project management principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
