About the Job:
FGC+ is looking for enthusiastic and people-oriented Human Resource Interns who are eager to gain hands-on experience in various HR functions. The HR Intern will assist the Human Resources team in recruitment, employee engagement, administrative support, and day-to-day HR operations while developing practical skills in a professional corporate environment.
This internship is ideal for students who are interested in recruitment, employee relations, organizational development, and HR operations.
What You'll Do:
- Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals
- Support the recruitment process including resume screening, interview scheduling, and candidate coordination
- Help maintain employee records, databases, and HR documentation
- Assist in onboarding activities for new hires and interns
- Support employee engagement initiatives, events, and HR programs
- Help prepare reports, trackers, and HR-related presentations
- Coordinate with different departments regarding HR-related requests and concerns
- Assist in monitoring attendance, documentation, and compliance requirements
- Provide administrative support for HR projects and daily operations
- Perform other HR and administrative tasks assigned by the HR team
What You'll Bring:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
- Must be eligible for internship/OJT required by the school
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle confidential information
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace
- Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong time management and multitasking skills
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
