This role offers an exciting opportunity for an experienced apparel design professional to lead end-to-end product development within the non-denim menswear category. The position combines creativity, technical expertise, and customer collaboration in a fast-paced global environment. You will work closely with international stakeholders, translating market trends into commercially successful collections while ensuring exceptional execution from concept to production. The role requires strong ownership, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple development cycles simultaneously. It also provides exposure to global fashion markets, cross-functional teamwork, and innovative design practices. Ideal candidates will thrive in dynamic settings where design excellence, quality, and timely delivery are highly valued.

Accountabilities:
  • Lead the complete product development lifecycle for assigned menswear categories, from initial concept creation to final production execution.
  • Develop trend-driven designs, technical packs, garment specifications, and detailed product documentation to support efficient development processes.
  • Collaborate directly with international customers and maintain strong day-to-day communication to align on expectations, timelines, and product requirements.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams across sourcing, production, and merchandising functions to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Apply in-depth knowledge of garment construction, fabric selection, fit development, washes, and technical detailing to create commercially viable products.
  • Monitor sampling, approvals, and production timelines while ensuring high-quality standards and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, proactively solving development and execution challenges with minimal supervision.
  • Support trend research, concept development, and fashion styling initiatives to strengthen product innovation and market relevance.
Requirements:
  • 10–12 years of experience in apparel design, product development, and technical design within non-denim menswear or related categories.
  • Strong expertise in garment construction, technical product development, fitting, and fabric knowledge.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator and Photoshop, along with familiarity with Browzwear, CLO, CorelDraw, and PLM tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to create detailed tech packs, sketches, trend decks, and development presentations.
  • Strong understanding of global fashion trends, consumer preferences, and commercially driven product development.
  • Experience working with international customers and cross-functional global teams in fast-paced apparel environments.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset, attention to detail, and commitment to execution excellence and delivery timelines.
  • Experience collaborating remotely with global teams and exposure to sustainable or ethical production practices will be considered an advantage.
  • Candidates based in the Delhi-NCR region will be preferred.
