The Role

You’ll provide hands-on clinical leadership across a portfolio of clients - supporting teams to deliver safe, high-quality, person-centred care. This is a dynamic role where you’ll balance clinical oversight with coaching, problem-solving and stakeholder engagement.

This role is hybrid with 4 days onsite + 1 day WFH

What You’ll Do

• Lead and support frontline teams in complex care environments

• Oversee clinical quality, risk and incident management

• Coach and develop staff to deliver their best

• Partner with clients, families and stakeholders

• Drive compliance, documentation and continuous improvement

About You

• Registered Nurse (AHPRA)

• Experience in disability, community or complex care

• Confident leader with strong clinical judgement

• Calm, adaptable and solutions-focused

• Passionate about delivering great outcomes for people
