The Role
You’ll provide hands-on clinical leadership across a portfolio of clients - supporting teams to deliver safe, high-quality, person-centred care. This is a dynamic role where you’ll balance clinical oversight with coaching, problem-solving and stakeholder engagement.
This role is hybrid with 4 days onsite + 1 day WFH
What You’ll Do
- Lead and support frontline teams in complex care environments
- Oversee clinical quality, risk and incident management
- Coach and develop staff to deliver their best
- Partner with clients, families and stakeholders
- Drive compliance, documentation and continuous improvement
About You
- Registered Nurse (AHPRA)
- Experience in disability, community or complex care
- Confident leader with strong clinical judgement
- Calm, adaptable and solutions-focused
- Passionate about delivering great outcomes for people
