Utility 1 (Stck/San) in joliet, Illinois at Agile Cold Storage

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Lumper to join our team here at Agile Cold Storage - Kaufman. As a Lumper, you will be responsible for unloading and loading freight from trucks and ensuring that the freight is properly stacked, sorted and stored. You will work closely with our operations team to ensure that all freight is handled safely and efficiently. This role requires a strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a cold, fast-paced and labor-intensive environment.

Schedule: Schedules are subject to change based on workload.

Monday - Friday 1st Shift - 7am to 5:30pm2nd Shift -5pm to 3:30am

Minimum Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalentAbility to lift up to 60 poundsStrong attention to detailAbility to work in a cold storage and fast-paced environmentExcellent communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous experience in a warehouse or transportation settingExperience with inventory processingAbility to work flexible hours
