Responsibilities & Responsibilities

· A Minimum of 1+ year work experience in US Residential Mortgage

· Expertise in Underwriting – Reviewing Income, Credit, Collateral & Capital

· Expertise in calculating all type of Incomes (Salaried/Self Employed and Other Income), Asset & Ratios

· Expertise in reviewing the Guideline (Fannie Mae & Freddie Mac)

· Evaluating the Loan documents for approval/rejection

· Review Appraisal document to identify whether the property has been evaluated correctly

· Assessing loan attributes and documentation for soundness and accuracy

· Approving/Denying/Counter Offer the loans after verifying borrower eligibility

Skills:

· Must hold a degree

· Excellent written & verbal English communication skills

· Excellent logical and analytical skills
