About the role

• We are seeking a skilled Durma and / or Cincinnati CNC Press Brake Operator to join our manufacturing team on our 2nd shift, Mon - Fri 3:30PM - 12:00AM. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up, operating and maintaining press brake machines to produce high-quality metal components according to specifications. This role requires attention to detail, precision, and a strong understanding of blueprint reading and GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing).

What you'll do

• Operate Durma and Cincinnati press brake machines to bend, form, and shape metal components as per design specifications.
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to understand project requirements.
• Utilize precision measuring instruments to ensure accuracy in dimensions and tolerances.
• Perform routine maintenance on press brake machines to ensure optimal performance.
• Assemble components as necessary, ensuring quality standards are met throughout the process.
• Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and improve production efficiency.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times.

Qualifications

• 3 + years operating Durma, Cincinnati CNC press brake machines is essential.
• Familiarity with basic math skills for accurate measurements and calculations.
• Experience with hand tools, laser cutting, plasma cutting, and CNC operations is a plus.
• Knowledge of precision measuring instruments is required for quality control purposes.
• Understanding of GD&T principles is beneficial for interpreting complex designs.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or fabrication environment is mandatory.
• English is a must, Spanish is a plus.
