Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Job Description:
XTL Transport Inc., a well-established company in the Transportation, Logistics, and Warehousing/Distribution industry, is currently seeking a Junior Customer Service Representative to join our Brampton office. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, detail-oriented, and a strong team player with an interest in building a stable career in logistics.

Responsibilities:

• Perform general data entry related to receiving and shipping transactions

• Create, update, and maintain customer account information

• Provide administrative and operational support to other Customer Service Representatives

• Maintain positive relationships with customers and internal teams

• Communicate customer requests to the operations department

• Follow up with customers and operations to ensure documentation accuracy

• Validate transactions for accuracy, completeness, and proper invoicing

• Run reports as required

Qualifications & Skills:

• Experience in customer service, administration, or a similar role

• Experience in a transportation or distribution center environment is an asset

• Knowledge of WMS systems (AS400 is an asset)

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure

• Detail-oriented with strong follow-up skills

• Bilingual (oral and written) considered an asset

• CTPAT-sensitive position – criminal background check required
