Kinperium-Hiniker LLC (Hiniker) is a Minnesota based manufacturer. Hiniker snow and ice equipment is built to enable the operator to work as efficiently as possible. We do this with innovative and purpose-built designs like the Hiniker C-Plow and the Hiniker Scoop Plow. We also manufacture a line of spreaders and skid steer plows. We are currently seeking an Electronics Assembler with strong experience in manufacturing environments. This position is ideally located in Mankato, MN.

The Electronics Assembler will assemble electronic parts for snow and agricultural equipment. Requires the ability to follow and adhere to company processes to ensure quality and consistency with electronics parts.

Electronics Assembler Responsibilities

• Crimping terminals on the cut wires with a hand tool or a terminal machine
• Cutting wires manually and with a wire processing machine
• Testing harnesses by plugging the harness to a machine and the machine determines if it passes or fails · Fabricate harnesses assembling harnesses which can be from 1 wire to 30+ wires taped together or loomed
• Package harnesses and finished products in boxes or plastic bags for sale
• Soldering of wires occasionally

Electronics Assembler Skills/Abilities:

• Ability to safely use the equipment
• Attention to detail
• Ability to manipulate small parts
• Use of hand tools and machines, such as wire strippers, wire cutters, crimpers and a cordless screw gun
• Knowledge of soldering
• Ability to work under minimal supervision

Electronics Assembler Experience & Education

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
• 1 – 2 years of experience in light assembly preferred
