This role provides an exciting opportunity to support key financial initiatives and drive insights that impact strategic decision-making. You will work closely with the CFO and senior leadership, engaging in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting activities. The position offers hands-on exposure to financial planning and analysis (FP&A) while contributing to the development of financial models and performance metrics. You will have the opportunity to collaborate across departments, support decision-making with actionable insights, and streamline processes through automation and reporting improvements. - Assist with the development of financial forecasts, budgets, and long-range plans.
- Prepare, analyze, and report on monthly operating results, including variance analysis and key performance indicators.
- Support quarterly reports and presentations for leadership, partners, and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with department heads to provide financial insights and recommendations for business decisions.
- Develop and maintain financial models, automated reports, and analytical tools to improve productivity and accuracy.
- Conduct benchmarking and process analysis to optimize financial operations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or a related field (recent graduates are welcome).
- Strong knowledge of general accounting principles and financial planning processes.
- Proficiency in Excel and experience with BI tools such as Tableau or similar platforms.
- Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and capable of translating data into actionable insights.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent communication skills and a strong business sense to support cross-functional collaboration.
