This role provides an exciting opportunity to support key financial initiatives and drive insights that impact strategic decision-making. You will work closely with the CFO and senior leadership, engaging in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting activities. The position offers hands-on exposure to financial planning and analysis (FP&A) while contributing to the development of financial models and performance metrics. You will have the opportunity to collaborate across departments, support decision-making with actionable insights, and streamline processes through automation and reporting improvements. This is a role well-suited for detail-oriented, analytical professionals eager to gain broad financial experience and make a measurable impact on the business.

Accountabilities:
  • Assist with the development of financial forecasts, budgets, and long-range plans.
  • Prepare, analyze, and report on monthly operating results, including variance analysis and key performance indicators.
  • Support quarterly reports and presentations for leadership, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with department heads to provide financial insights and recommendations for business decisions.
  • Develop and maintain financial models, automated reports, and analytical tools to improve productivity and accuracy.
  • Conduct benchmarking and process analysis to optimize financial operations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or a related field (recent graduates are welcome).
  • Strong knowledge of general accounting principles and financial planning processes.
  • Proficiency in Excel and experience with BI tools such as Tableau or similar platforms.
  • Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and capable of translating data into actionable insights.
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and a strong business sense to support cross-functional collaboration.
