As we continue to grow, we’re excited to offer an opportunity for a Clinical Lead Psychologist, a role designed for experienced clinicians who are passionate about mentorship, collaboration, and leadership development while continuing to maintain meaningful clinical work. Clinical Lead Psychologists serve as trusted peer leaders within a small pod of clinicians, helping strengthen clinical quality, team connection, and operational consistency across the practice. In this role, you'll partner closely with leadership, contribute to shaping practice culture and systems, and play an active role in supporting clinicians professionally while continuing to grow your own leadership skillset as you maintain your own caseload. What you will do:Maintain an Active Caseload — Provide direct client care while fulfilling pod leadership duties, modeling the clinical standards expected of all pod members.
Clinical Leadership & Peer Support
• Serve as a first line support and consultation resource for clinicians within your pod
• Help foster a collaborative, psychologically safe, and growth oriented team culture
• Support clinicians in navigating complex clinical situations, client escalations, and workflow challenges
• Reinforce evidence based care and strong clinical standards through mentorship and consultationOperational & Caseload Support
• Help clinicians maintain consistent scheduling practices that support continuity of care and sustainable caseload management
• Support therapists in maintaining timely and high quality documentation aligned with practice standards
• Identify patterns related to burnout risk, scheduling barriers, or operational inefficiencies and collaborate with leadership proactively
• Assist with onboarding and integration of new clinicians into workflows, systems, and cultureLeadership Collaboration
• Partner with Clinical Managers and leadership on quality initiatives, systems improvement, and practice development
• Participate in leadership meetings and collaborative problem solving discussions
• Help strengthen communication, accountability, and consistency across the pod structure- On-Call Coverage — Provide on-call support after regular business hours as needed to support clinical care.
- Cross-Country Support — Ability to support providers that work in Pacific, Central and Eastern time zones as needed.
- Active independent licensure in New York (Ph.D, Psy.D., or equivalent)
- Minimum 3 years of post licensure experience
- Strong clinical judgment and commitment to evidence based care
- Natural leadership, mentorship, and interpersonal skills; prior experience in a supervisory, lead clinician or peer consultation role preferred
- Ability to balance warmth, accountability, and professionalism
- Comfort navigating evolving systems within a growing organization
- Experience in outpatient or private practice settings preferred
New York-Based: Hybrid | All Other Locations: Remote

- Doctorate Level: $110,000-$130,000, based on experience and qualifications
