Stone Installer/Polisher at Appliance Replacement, Inc – Burlington, New Jersey

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled, dependable, and detail-oriented Stone Countertop Installer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for measuring, handling, and installing stone countertops in residential and commercial spaces. You will work with a variety of materials, including granite, marble, quartz, and quartzite, helping deliver beautiful finished products that enhance both the appearance and function of each space.

This is a hands-on role ideal for someone with experience in countertop installation, construction, cabinetry, or a related trade who takes pride in craftsmanship, customer service, and quality work.

• Measure countertop spaces accurately, including corners, edges, sink cutouts, and appliance openings
• Create or work from templates to ensure precise fabrication and installation
• Transport and install stone countertops at job sites
• Level, fit, and secure countertops properly to cabinets and support structures
• Apply sealants and finishes to protect surfaces and achieve the desired final look
• Inspect completed installations to ensure quality standards are met
• Troubleshoot and resolve installation issues as needed
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Complete installation logs, quality checks, and other required documentation
• Provide professional, courteous service to customers and help ensure overall satisfaction
• Follow company safety procedures and contribute to continuous improvement efforts

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in countertop installation, construction, cabinetry, or a related field
• Experience working with stone materials such as granite, marble, quartz, and quartzite
• Ability to use installation tools and equipment such as saws, grinders, polishers, and measuring tools
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work efficiently and manage time well to meet deadlines
• Valid driver’s license

• Ability to lift and carry 50 pounds or more
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Strong hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
• Ability to perform repetitive movements involving hands, arms, and shoulders
• Good visual attention to detail

• Fast-paced, hands-on environment with exposure to stone dust, debris, and noise
• Use of PPE such as safety glasses, hearing protection, and respirators as needed
• Temperature conditions may vary depending on the worksite or facility
