Now, we’re looking for a Retail E‑Commerce Team Member to help bring our unique, donated treasures to life online. If you enjoy hands‑on work, have an eye for detail, and love the thrill of discovering hidden gems, this could be the perfect fit.

What You’ll Do

As a key part of our online sales team, you'll:

• Sort, research, and process a wide variety of donated goods
• Authenticate and categorize jewelry, including precious metals and gemstones
• Photograph items to highlight important features for online buyers
• Write clear, accurate, and compelling product listings
• Track and label inventory using online systems
• Pull, package, and ship sold orders quickly and efficiently
• Participate in inventory purges as needed
• Meet daily and hourly production goals
• Move and organize merchandise using carts, dollies, or pallet jacks
• Support other duties that keep the e‑commerce operation thriving

What You Bring

• Experience in a warehouse setting (preferred)
• Basic computer skills and comfort learning new systems
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
• A commitment to meeting daily quotas and goals
• Drive for excellence and high attention to detail

Physical Requirements

• Ability to work in a non–climate‑controlled environment
• Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable standing, bending, and twisting for up to eight hours
• Frequent exposure to airborne particles

About the Role

Supervision: This is a non‑supervisory position.
Shift: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM.
