Material Expeditor I at Keel Platform LLC – Hollywood, South Carolina

Handles receiving, moving, storing, and shipping materials; operates equipment like forklifts; verifies inventory; and performs general warehouse tasks using basic judgment and procedures.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Inventory handling
• Equipment operation
• Shipping and receiving
• Packing and storage
• Maintaining accurate records
• Following procedures and safety standards
• Other related duties as assigned

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or GED.
• Material handling and inventory control, forklift and equipment operation, and knowledge of shipping and receiving procedures.
• Demonstrates experience in palletizing, packing, and organizing storage, along with accurate document verification and recordkeeping.
• Apply basic problem-solving, decision-making, and time management skills, with strong attention to detail, safety awareness, and the ability to follow procedures and work independently.

Travel Requirements: N/A

Physical Requirements:

• May be required to stand, walk, sit, reach/pull/push with hands and arms, climb or balance, stoop or kneel regularly.
• May lift or carry 50lbs. Weights exceeding 50lbs will require mechanical means to maneuver.

Work Environment:

• Exposure is frequent to moving mechanical parts, airborne particles - eye protection is required, and fumes, machine vibration, and noisy conditions, high temperatures, and occasional to a restricted space work area.
• All Keel locations are tobacco free where appropriate.
