Your Role as Account Executive:

As an Account Executive, you’ll drive new business growth and deepen strategic client relationships across verticals such as Consumer Packaged Goods [CPG], Retail, and Entertainment. You’ll bring a consultative, goal-oriented approach to acquiring new customers, expanding current partnerships, and exceeding sales targets in a collaborative, high-energy environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans across target verticals
  • Proactively identify new client opportunities and close new business
  • 🔹 Expand and Retain Clients

  • Partner with Solutions Consultants to unlock strategic growth
  • Strengthen relationships with marketing leaders and decision-makers
  • 🔹 Achieve and Report Results

  • Consistently exceed sales quotas
  • Track performance metrics and optimize strategies based on trends
  • 🔹 Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Align closely with Marketing to enhance the Ripple Street value proposition
  • Promote a strong team culture of collaboration and healthy competition
  • What You Need to Succeed:

    âś” Key Competencies

  • Proven success in consultative B2B sales
  • Strong presentation, communication, and client engagement skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
  • âś” Qualifications

  • 5+ years in quota-carrying sales roles within media, adtech, or martech
  • Familiarity with CPG, shopper marketing, or agency ecosystems preferred
  • Experience with HubSpot, ZoomInfo, Chorus, and Microsoft Office
  • Growth mindset with a passion for prospecting and closing deals
  • Must reside in the greater metropolis of NYC, Chicago, or Minneapolis
