Your Role as Account Executive:As an Account Executive, you’ll drive new business growth and deepen strategic client relationships across verticals such as Consumer Packaged Goods [CPG], Retail, and Entertainment. You’ll bring a consultative, goal-oriented approach to acquiring new customers, expanding current partnerships, and exceeding sales targets in a collaborative, high-energy environment. Key Responsibilities:🔹 Drive Business GrowthDevelop and execute strategic sales plans across target verticals Proactively identify new client opportunities and close new business 🔹 Expand and Retain ClientsPartner with Solutions Consultants to unlock strategic growth Strengthen relationships with marketing leaders and decision-makers 🔹 Achieve and Report ResultsConsistently exceed sales quotas Track performance metrics and optimize strategies based on trends 🔹 Cross-Functional CollaborationAlign closely with Marketing to enhance the Ripple Street value proposition Promote a strong team culture of collaboration and healthy competition What You Need to Succeed:✔ Key CompetenciesProven success in consultative B2B sales Strong presentation, communication, and client engagement skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment ✔ Qualifications5+ years in quota-carrying sales roles within media, adtech, or martech Familiarity with CPG, shopper marketing, or agency ecosystems preferred Experience with HubSpot, ZoomInfo, Chorus, and Microsoft Office Growth mindset with a passion for prospecting and closing deals Must reside in the greater metropolis of NYC, Chicago, or Minneapolis For more information, visit https://about.ripplestreet.com.
