This is an in-person, school-based role aligned to the academic calendar. Assignments are typically long-term, full school-year placements and are designed to support both strong student outcomes and clinician sustainability.
Perks & Compensation:
- Earn $65 - $75+ per hour - Pay will vary for day-to-day assignments and is typically more for long-term placements. Pay varies by location/state, role, certification, school, and assignment.

Role Requirements:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
- Active Speech-Language Pathology license or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship (CF) placement
- Ability to work onsite in a school-based setting
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
What youll do:
- Conduct screening, evaluation and speech therapy for qualifying students.
- Participate in IEP meetings and collect documentation of student needs and progress.
- Work closely with Teachers and support staff across both general education and special education settings.
- Where applicable, supervise SLPAs
- Build rapport and trust with the children in your care
- Foster a safe and nurturing learning environment
- Support Special Education Teachers in delivering IEP and BIP services
- Follow direction from, and assist lead educators
- Comfortable working with medically fragile/high behavior situations
- Sitting, standing, and walking, and able to lift up to 30 lbs while safely assisting students
- Observe and communicate across varied environments, incl. indoor and outdoor settings
