This is a chance to work with a high-caliber team, traveling the US and abroad, for a mission that matters.
Location: This is a hybrid role based in Nashville, TN. Travel varies by production schedule and season. There are ebbs and flows to the schedule but expect to be on the road 2-3 weeks a month. What You’ll Do:

Pre-Production & Planning
- Actively participate in pre-production, creating shotlists and prepping for shoots
- Contribute creative ideas for how to best capture content
Production / In-Field
- Travel to construction and mining sites to shoot video
- Operate handheld cameras, gimbals, or drones as needed
- Set up and manage lighting, audio, and supporting gear
- Bring a proactive, positive presence to shoots
- Represent BuildWitt professionally on sites and with partners
Post-Production & Workflow
- Maintain and organize gear, media, and storage
- Help ensure gear readiness day-to-day
- Assist with editing/post-production between trips as needed
- Strong passion for cinematography and visual storytelling
- Proven experience operating cameras in professional environments
- Ability to follow creative direction, shot lists, and workflows
- Ability to organize gear and media
- Positive attitude, curiosity, adaptability, and eagerness to improve
- You love being active (this is a physically demanding job) and shooting in outdoor environments.
