Polar Shades Inc is hiring Fabrication Specialists to join our production facility in Las Vegas, NV. As a key part of our manufacturing team, you will assist in the fabrication and assembly of high-quality shade products used in residential, commercial, and government projects. Key Responsibilities
Assist with the fabrication and assembly of custom shade systems using company tools and materials
Follow detailed work instructions to ensure product accuracy and consistency
Operate basic machinery and hand tools safely and efficiently
Inspect products for quality assurance and report any defects or errors
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Communicate clearly with team members and supervisors
Follow safety guidelines and wear appropriate protective equipment
Support other production duties as assigned

Qualifications
High school diploma or GED preferred
At least 1 year of experience in a production, fabrication, or manufacturing environment preferred
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Dependable and punctual with a positive attitude
Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
Comfortable working on your feet for extended periods and lifting materials up to 50 lbs
