Operations Clerk at Dot Foods – Liverpool, New York

WHAT YOULL DO:

• Control, inspect, and track inbound/outbound traffic

• Coordinate dock flow for all outbound loads

• Investigate product shortages as necessary

• Ensure accuracy of supplier documentation

• Manage printing and distribution of shipping/receiving documentation

• Verify load and temperature settings for outgoing shipments

YOU MUST HAVE:

• High School Diploma or General Equivalency Degree

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills

• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook

• Ability to work independently and as a team

• Strong multi-tasking capability

YOU MAY ALSO HAVE:

• Bachelors Degree

• Experience with warehouse computer systems

• Ability to accept changing work demands

• Previous leadership experience

ROLE SPECIFICS

• Schedules available:
  • Wednesday 11 pm 5:15 am, Thursday Saturday 5 pm 5:15am
• Competitive Pay starting at$19.00 per hour
• Work as a team to provide services to internal and external customer.
