EIHC is seeking a full-time Director of Operations dedicated to serving the needs of our community.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Partner with department leaders in Family Medicine, Pediatrics, Women's Health, Behavioral Health, Dental and all Patient Services to develop and execute a comprehensive operational excellence strategy including hiring, onboarding and mentoring staff.
Lead end-to-end process reviews across clinical and administrative workflows in the designated departments.
Serve as a champion for a continuous improvement mindset throughout the organization, guiding teams through the change management process.
Collaborate with the Quality team to ensure all process improvements align with regulatory requirements and clinical standards.

SCHEDULE

Monday through Friday 8 AM to 5 PM

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Proven ability to analyze complex problems and identify practical solutions.
Strong leadership and communication skills to guide diverse teams.
Comfortable using data, technology, and operational tools to drive results.
Strategic mindset with the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and environments.

EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, Business, Healthcare Administration or related field.
Progressive leadership experience in a healthcare setting.
Knowledge of Community Health Centers/Federally Qualified Health Centers.
Master's Degree in Nursing, Business, Healthcare Administration or related field preferred.
At least 5 years of leadership experience in a clinic setting preferred.
Lean Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or higher) preferred; candidates with equivalent training and proven process improvement experience will be considered.
