• Schedule complimentary roofing inspections for our project team to evaluate potential storm damage or wear.

• Track all lead generation activities and appointments accurately to ensure seamless follow-up from the sales department.

• Represent the Mills Roofing brand with a personable and presentable demeanor at every doorstep.

• Communicate the value of our 45-year history and ethical business practices to prospective clients.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Possession of a reliable personal vehicle and a valid drivers license.

• Ability to walk neighborhoods and work outdoors in various weather conditions.

• Strong verbal communication skills and a self-motivated, dependable work ethic.

• Willingness to engage in door-to-door outreach and initiate conversations with strangers.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience:

• High School Diploma or GED.
