Description

Magnolia Plumbing, Inc. is seeking Entry Level Plumbing Technicians to join our growing team. This is a hands-on role designed for individuals who are mechanically inclined, eager to learn, and motivated to build a long-term career in the plumbing trade.

The ideal candidate is dependable, customer-focused, and able to quickly absorb new information while working in the field. This position offers extensive on-the-job training and the opportunity to develop skills in a trade that will always be in demand.

Key Responsibilities

· Be punctual, flexible, and willing to learn in a fast-paced environment· Assist with installation, maintenance, repair, and servicing of water and drainage systems
· Troubleshoot system malfunctions, interruptions, and failures
· Maintain high standards of quality and safety on all job sites
· Complete accurate billing, invoicing, and daily job documentation
· Ensure complete customer satisfaction from start to project completion

Qualifications

· Mechanically inclined with a strong interest in hands-on work
· Highly organized with attention to detail
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills
· Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
· Problem-solving mindset with troubleshooting ability
· Valid driver’s license required

Salary Description: $18–$22/hour
