Warehouse Associate (1st shift) in Mentor, Ohio at Race Winning Brands

POSITION SUMMARY: The primary function includes but is not limited to achieving RWB long term sales growth objectives by taking care of the customer and promoting RWB's product lines to end users and through effective distribution management. Establish sales strategies and achieve goals through direct, face-to-face contact. This job requires a broad knowledge of the company's products, services, policies related to customers and knowledge of the market and customer business model.

• Ensure work procedures are being followed
• Expedite workflow

· Examine work for exactness, neatness, and conformance to policies and procedures

· Process, package, and ship orders accurately

· Inspect products for defects and damages

· Receive, unload, and place incoming material

· Maintains a clean and organized work environment

· Conduct physical inventory

· Trouble shoot errors to eliminate the possibility of occurring again

· Contribute to the daily output of the department.
