Accountabilities

Act as second-in-command to the Head of Operations and backfill Plant Managers as needed
Drive financial and operational KPIs across North America
Leverage AI, analytics, dashboards, and visual tools for insight-driven decisions
Lead Operational Excellence initiatives utilizing Lean, Engineering, and Project Management methodologies
Translate ambiguous challenges into actionable solutions
Support budgeting, monthly performance reviews, and variance mitigation
Coordinate strategic initiatives including mergers and acquisitions

Requirements

University degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or related field
