ServiceNow HRSD Business Process Consultant

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a ServiceNow HRSD Business Process Consultant in United States.

This role is centered on guiding enterprise clients through the design and optimization of HR service delivery processes within complex ServiceNow environments. You will act as a trusted advisor, helping organizations translate business needs into scalable, efficient digital workflows that enhance employee experience and operational performance. Working in a highly collaborative, global consulting environment, you will lead workshops, shape process strategies, and support end-to-end implementation initiatives. The position requires close partnership with technical and solution architects to ensure alignment between business objectives and platform capabilities. You will also mentor analysts and contribute to delivery standards across engagements. This is a high-impact consulting role ideal for someone who thrives in client-facing environments and enjoys solving complex transformation challenges.

Accountabilities:
  • Lead executive-level workshops to gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into structured HRSD solutions.
  • Define, map, and optimize business processes to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and employee experience.
  • Guide clients in developing HR service delivery strategies aligned with ServiceNow capabilities.
  • Collaborate with solution and technical architects to design and implement end-to-end project plans.
  • Support and mentor senior business analysts in requirements gathering and process documentation.
  • Contribute to implementation planning and execution alongside project managers and delivery teams.
  • Develop delivery standards and best practices for ServiceNow HRSD solutions.
  • Identify risks, assess business impacts, and recommend mitigation strategies throughout engagements.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience as a client-facing technical consultant implementing enterprise software solutions.
  • Strong expertise in HR processes and demonstrated experience with HR service delivery transformation.
  • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow HRSD suite and HRSD certification.
  • Solid understanding of business process architecture within cloud-based platforms.
  • Proven ability to facilitate executive workshops and engage senior stakeholders effectively.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills across all organizational levels.
  • Experience mentoring teams and leading distributed, cross-time-zone project work.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to simplify complex business challenges.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
