360 Human Services (formally known as JFHS LLC) is a family-oriented company specializing in providing high-quality ABA services to children with Autism Spectrum Disorders and other developmental disorders. We are looking to hire a full-time Program Manager who will work with toddlers, children, and/or teens diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder or other developmental disabilities.

The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) provides high-quality, evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to individuals with developmental disabilities and their families in the San Bernardino and High Desert area. The BCBA is responsible for conducting behavioral assessments, developing and overseeing treatment plans, monitoring client progress through data-driven clinical decision-making, and ensuring high treatment fidelity through staff and caregiver training.

This role is also responsible for mentoring and supervising developing clinicians and staff and must be willing and available to supervise and sign off supervision hours for BCBA trainees and RBT candidates in alignment with BACB supervision requirements, ethical standards, and organizational policy.

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) to identify behaviors of concern and determine intervention strategies.

• Develop individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) and treatment plans based on assessment results and client needs.

• Develop, implement, and supervise skill acquisition programs based on ABA principles.
  
  

• Monitor client progress through data review and ongoing assessment; revise treatment plans based on measurable outcomes.

• Collect, analyze, and interpret behavioral data to evaluate treatment effectiveness and guide clinical decisions.

• Ensure treatment plan implementation maintains integrity and consistency across settings and providers.

• Provide ongoing mentorship, coaching, and structured supervision to RBTs, Behavior Technicians, and developing clinicians.

• Maintain consistent availability to supervise:

  • BCBA trainees completing BACB fieldwork requirements

  • RBT candidates completing competency and supervision requirements

• Conduct supervision in alignment with BACB supervision requirements, including:

  • direct observation of sessions

  • supervision meetings and case review

  • competency-based feedback and skill-building

  • ethical oversight and documentation review

• Sign off supervision hours for BCBA trainees and RBT candidates, ensuring:

  • required supervision standards are met (frequency, documentation, format)

  • logs are accurate, complete, and submitted on time

  • supervisees demonstrate competency-based progress and ethical practice

• Support supervisees with individualized development plans and professional growth goals.

• Train and support staff on implementation of BIPs and treatment plans.

• Provide ongoing consultation and support to staff and families to ensure consistent implementation and progress.

• Collaborate with other service providers (e.g., speech therapy, occupational therapy, psychology) to support coordinated care.

• Participate in team meetings, staff trainings, and professional development activities as required.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation including:

  • progress notes

  • behavior plans and treatment plans

  • assessment reports

  • supervision logs and trainee documentation

• Write progress summaries and required reports for clients, families, and funding sources.

• Ensure documentation meets organizational standards, payer requirements, and confidentiality/HIPAA expectations.

• Stay up-to-date with current research and developments in the ABA field and apply evidence-based practice.

• Maintain professional and ethical behavior aligned with BACB standards at all times.

• Current BCBA credential in good standing.

• Master’s degree in ABA or a related field.

• Minimum 2 years of ABA experience with individuals with developmental disabilities and their families.

• Experience conducting FBAs and developing BIPs.

• Strong knowledge of evidence-based ABA practices and clinical implementation.

• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

• Must be willing and able to mentor, supervise, and sign off supervision hours for BCBA trainees and RBT candidates in compliance with BACB requirements and organizational policy.
