We’re looking for a Floor Installer who takes pride in craftsmanship, works efficiently, and wants to be part of a team that values quality and reliability.
What You’ll DoYou’ll play a key role in delivering the finished product our customers see and remember.
- Install LVP, carpet, and pad with precision and attention to detail
- Measure, cut, and fit materials to ensure a clean, professional finish
- Prepare subfloors (leveling, cleaning, minor repairs) prior to installation
- Remove and dispose of existing flooring as needed
- Complete seams, transitions, and finishing details the right way
- Work closely with Project Managers to stay on schedule and hit deadlines
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site
- Communicate progress and flag any job site concerns early
- You take pride in your work and don’t cut corners
- You’re dependable and show up ready to get the job done
- You can work independently but also collaborate with a team
- You’re detail-oriented and care about the finished product
- You’re comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
- 2+ years of flooring installation experience (carpet and/or LVP preferred)
- Ability to read measurements and perform basic math
- Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
- Valid driver’s license with a clean record
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical work daily
- Work in residential and commercial properties impacted by fire, water, or storm damage
- A mix of independent work and team collaboration
