Key Responsibilities:1. Site Deployment & Commissioning: Lead end-to-end deployment of BESS at customer sites (factories and substations). Supervise installation of battery systems, PCS, transformers, and switchgear. Coordinate with local DISCOMs and site contractors for seamless integration. 2. Electrical Panel Design: Design and review custom AC and DC panels, including protection schemes, relays, and isolators. Select components such as breakers, contactors, fuses, CTs, PTs, and meters. Ensure panels are designed as per project specs and safety standards (IEC/IS). 3. Integration & Interfacing: Integrate BESS with grid, DGs, and solar systems where applicable. Plan and execute power routing, synchronization, and changeover logic. Configure communication interfaces (Modbus, CAN, Ethernet) for EMS and SCADA systems. 4. Testing & Troubleshooting:Perform pre-commissioning and post-installation testing (insulation resistance, grounding, phase sequencing, etc.). Troubleshoot system faults and optimize performance during and after deployment.
