1st Shift Production Associate at Artifex Designs LLC – New Holland, Pennsylvania

Work Week: Monday- Friday

Hours: 6:00 AM- 3:00 PM

Pay Rate: $18+ per hour, based on experience

Key Roles:

• Assemble and package outdoor furniture.
• Inspect products for defects.
• Record production data.
• Ensure the workspace remains clean.
• Ability to problem solve.
• Set up, adjust, and perform changeovers on machines.
• Provide regular care and preventative maintenance on machines.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Proficient with using and understanding small machine tools (tape measures, calipers, etc.)
• Collaborate and communicate effectively across departments.
• Willingness to learn.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Prior training or experience in assembly work is preferred but not required.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee regularly works in a manufacturing setting. May be subject to the current local weather conditions. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands and fingers to handle, feel, or operate objects, tools, or controls, and reach with hands and arms. The employee is frequently required to stand, talk, and listen. The employee will at times need to lift up to 50 pounds.
