Nurtury is looking for a Bilingual (Spanish) Enrollment Coordinator to keep our enrollment, billing, and family support operations running seamlessly. If you’re organized and love helping families, this role is for you.
What You’ll Do:
- Recruit and enroll new familiesKeep children’s records accurate and up to dateHandle billing data for vouchers, contracts, fees, and third-party payersUpdate the full-fee waitlist and communicate vacanciesMaintain master attendance and prepare required reports

You:
- Are Bilingual in Spanish/English (required)Are organized, detail driven, and great with peopleAre skilled in MS Office and other online systemsAre experienced (1–3 years) in administration or customer support, ideally in a nonprofit
